We’re a IQVIA Partner Site.

Clinresco Centres has been a partner site of IQVIA (Previously Quintiles) since February 2009. This relationship aims to improve access to the investigative site’s medical staff and patient population, improving access to patients and timely recruitment in clinical trials. A recent analysis of performance done on 21 IQVIA managed studies showed that Clinresco Centres recruited nearly twice the number of patients in half the time of an average site involved with studies at IQVIA. IQVIA also assists the site in maintaining a consistently high standard for conducting clinical trials.

We’re an ‘INSPIRE’ facility.

In 2013, Clinresco Centres was identified by Pfizer, the largest pharmaceutical company in the world, as a site that meets the exacting standards the company demands to join a worldwide network of 150 INSPIRE sites, which must be both highly productive and effective.

INSPIRE sites have early access to Pfizer’s portfolio data and advanced information regarding the clinical trials to be sponsored by Pfizer. Clinresco Centres is proud to be part of this global network of clinical research institutions.

WHO Auditor Training

On behalf of the World Health Organisation (WHO), the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), from time to time, trains GCP auditors from African States. In 2013, due to our exceptional performance in conducting clinical trials, Clinresco Centres was selected to host a one-day mock inspection as part of the training of 14 clinical trial inspector trainees.

The successful training, led by a member of the regulatory authority (SAHPRA), was done on a paper-based clinical report form (CRF) study with input from Clinresco Centres personnel. In addition, the required physical facilities and systems for conducting approved clinical trials was explained and viewed in detail.
